• Participation in training teams in Agile methodology & Scrum
• Product Owner and Proxy Product Owner Training
• Improve the use of tools (JIRA, Kanban, Trello, Confluence, Daily, Sprint Planning, Poker Planning…)
• Recommendation & optimization on the methodology and management of digital projects
