Product Owner on the SOON application, a 100% mobile banking application in partnership with the DSI of AXA Banque, the after-sales service and the marketing and communication division. Team of 10 people in autonomy and 100% agile.

• Project management with Tapptic (application), DSI Axa Banque (application layer)
• Testing, TNR of applications (iOS & Android)
• Creation and prioritization of development tickets based on customer and internal feedback (Tapptic, DSI…)
• Agile method for application development
• App analytics reporting monitoring
• Status monitoring of application services (banking services, functionalities, ERP, web, security layer)
• Technical after-sales service on application errors and functionalities
